Vicki is sole owner and founder of Nalla, the award-winning brand agency.
Vicki Young is an established brand speaker, creative judge and founder of Nalla, the award-winning brand agency. With nearly two decades of experience shaping brands for global organisations, she is known for delivering insightful, engaging talks that challenge how businesses think about brand, growth and connection – particularly in the B2B space.
Vicki speaks with authority because she has lived the work. Her perspective is grounded in real commercial experience, but delivered with warmth, clarity and a distinctive point of view that resonates with senior leaders, marketers and founders alike.
A great presentation and a great one-to-one, Vicki. Thanks for your compliments, sage advice and vision. Really impressed.
A career built on brand leadership
Vicki has worked with global brands and ambitious organisations since graduating from Kingston University in 2006 with First Class Honours, alongside two prestigious D&AD Creative Yellow Pencil Awards. She began her career at award-winning agency SomeOne and The Partners, working on high-profile brands including London 2012 Olympics, Eurostar and Heineken.
Following the sudden death of her father Allan in 2010, Vicki established Nalla in his honour. A decision that shaped not only the agency’s name (Allan spelt backwards), but its purpose-led approach to branding.
Since then, Nalla has helped global B2B businesses rebrand with intention, clarity and tangible impact. Clients range from ambitious scale-ups to FTSE 100 organisations across multiple sectors, including Informa, EY, Taylor & Francis, Waitrose, London & Partners, London Tech Week and Delta.
This depth of experience forms the foundation of Vicki’s speaking: practical, commercial and rooted in what actually works.
A distinctive voice in branding
Vicki is a firm believer that branding is not just about how things look, but how they make people feel — and how effectively they drive business growth. Her talks explore the intersection of strategy, creativity and human connection, blending commercial rigour with creative confidence.
She is a recognised thought leader in the branding space and co-author of the Amazon-published book B2B is Dead, which challenges outdated thinking in business-to-business marketing and brand building. Her insights have been featured in The Times, Creative Review and Transform Magazine, and she is regularly invited to share her perspective through interviews, panels and opinion pieces.
I had the pleasure of hearing Vicki speak at a conference in Portugal. As someone who values the power of building a strong brand, I was looking forward to her presentation, and it exceeded my expectations.
Vicki is an engaging and articulate speaker who combines deep expertise with confidence, personality and a touch of humour. I left the session with several new ideas – a true hallmark of a great presentation.
