50+ team members. 24-month engagement. 1 global, digital transformation platform.

To respect our client’s privacy we can’t show the final digital products, but during a two-year relationship we helped deliver:

  • Product naming architecture
  • Digital platform creation
  • UX/UI design
  • UI library delivery
  • Launch event experience

To deliver this large digital transformation project we worked with a team of experts to create an ecosystem of over 50 people. This included UI designers, UX designers, front-end/back-end developers, service designers, product architects, researchers, business analysts, a scrum master, product owners and key international stakeholders. Working in one dedicated space via weekly agile sprints allowed the platform to get up to speed quickly. Daily stand-ups prioritised daily workloads and weekly showcases demonstrated the progress to the business, encouraging stakeholder buy-in and employee engagement.

Brand strategy planning

Our experience in strategic branding and digital implementation enabled us to deliver value across the whole project. From product naming architecture to UI and UX design across everything from digital platforms and a UI pattern library to interiors and wayfinding for the product launch conference experience in Miami.

Quantitive data analysis

For large-scale digital transformations like this, with key stakeholders all over the globe, we created objective judging criteria to gauge the success of different design options. We gathered quantitative data combined with qualitative analysis to help develop a more successful product that met the requirements of the business and its users.

Digital product wireframes

At Nalla we use the most cutting-edge digital technologies and platforms to deliver digital projects. These allow us to go from early wireframing rapidly into prototyping. Tools like Sketch, Invision, Zeplin and Principle get us as close to the real thing before code goes into development, giving the client a better understanding of the final experience.

The UI pattern library provides a code repository for all the touchpoints of a modern digital platform; animations, colours, typography, buttons, components, grids etc. Digital design principles were established to inform rules around navigation, accessibility, information hierarchy and interactions.

We can’t share this information or the final digital products but the success of this project has sparked other digital transformation projects with parts of the ecosystem.

Responsive design framework

I have worked with Nalla on two large Digital Transformations. I love the approach Nalla brings to these engagements, the team immerses itself seamlessly into the Digital Ecosystem.
