Context

Celoxica is a leading provider of ultra-low latency and high-performance trading technology, trusted by some of the world’s most demanding financial institutions. The business has built long-standing client partnerships, many spanning over a decade.

Following international expansion, Celoxica reached a pivotal moment. The business had evolved, expanded, and matured but its brand had not kept pace. Nalla realigned Celoxica, creating a clearer story, sharper positioning and modernised visual brand that truly reflected how the business operates and the value it delivers.

Before, their brand not only felt outdated, but also wasn’t reflective of them as a business.

Challenge

Clarity, trust, and confidence are non-negotiable in Celoxica’s world. Any change made had to strengthen relationships, not put them at risk.

They faced a familiar but complex problem:

  • Celoxica had a strong reputation with their current client, but low external visibility
  • Their current brand felt outdated and didn’t reflect the depth of expertise or quality of service
  • As an expanding global business, Celoxica needed a flexible identity to communicate and build trust in new markets and to be positioned as partners, not suppliers.
B2P in action

Our first priority was leadership alignment. Through a series of workshops and working sessions, we brought clarity to Celoxica’s audience hierarchy, commercial priorities and long-term ambition. This allowed us to separate what truly differentiated the business from others in the industry.

From there, we focused on articulating the business in a way that felt confident, assured and precise. Reflecting what made this business different.

At every stage, we worked collaboratively with Celoxica’s team, balancing pace with rigour to meet a fixed launch deadline without compromising quality or confidence.

Solution

Our research uncovered a clear differentiator. In a market often forced to choose between service, expertise, or performance, Celoxica is built on a rare balance: global scale with local expertise, deep technical capability alongside exceptional customer service, and high performance delivered without compromise. This insight became the foundation for a single strategic idea: no trade-off.

This was a complex moment for the business.

Nalla approached it with a level of care and commercial understanding that gave us confidence at every stage.

Text on a split background reads: Deep trading knowledge on the left in dark green, with teams available 24/7 on the right in bright orange, and celoxica vertically in the centre.

We translated this thinking into a refined proposition, mission, vision, and brand values aligned to how the business actually operates, giving Celoxica a clear, shared language as it continues to scale.

A split image with the left side featuring "simplifying complexity" in red on a cream background, and the right side showcasing a green financial candlestick chart—an ideal visual for a bold rebrand focused on clarity and growth.
Dark green background with the word Performance in large, bold, orange-red font positioned in the bottom left corner—perfect for a striking rebrand.
A grid of business cards in green, orange, and white, labelled “celoxica” with contact details printed in white or orange text on each card. The cards are laid out in an alternating colour pattern.

The no trade-off idea is expressed throughout the visual identity. Contrasting type styles work together: a serif reflects trust and expertise, while a sans serif brings clarity and human warmth. This balance carries across key touchpoints, from the website to advertising and social media.

Celoxica’s updated palette was inspired by colours typically used within trading charts and graphs

To further ground the brand in its world, we integrated the visual language of trading. Most evident in the logo, the vertical brand mark is inspired by candlestick charts, creating a confident, distinctive symbol rooted in the industry. Celoxica’s distinctive orange was retained and modernised, supported by complementary colours to reinforce the brand’s no trade-off spirit.

The result is a brand that feels credible to experts, reassuring to decision-makers, and built to support future growth.

A split image: on the left, the Charging Bull statue on a cobbled street; on the right, a digital share or cryptocurrency chart with fluctuating price lines and values—symbolising a modern rebrand of financial markets.

Brand imagery represents Celoxica’s global reach and its local expertise.

Impact

While the brand launch was designed to be low-risk externally, its impact internally was immediate. Leadership was aligned around a shared language and positioning, and the entire team had greater confidence in how the business presented itself to clients (current and prospect), partners and investors.

Most importantly, the work strengthened, rather than disrupted, the trust Celoxica has built with its clients. In complex, high-stakes sectors, the strongest brands don’t shout. They reassure.

The new brand gives our team a shared language and a clear way to talk about what we do, our values, and how we partner with our clients. It reflects clearly why us and what makes us different in a language that our current and future clients will understand.
